McGraw Kokosing self-performed process equipment installation, process pipe fabrication, and installation, electrical, instrumentation, and controls for a 20 mmscfd cryogenic natural gas processing plant addition.

Our seamless style of working jointly with our affiliate group of companies, allowed Kokosing to self perform the plant’s concrete foundations, structural steel erection, process piping, electrical, instrumentation and controls, and process equipment installation construction. Challenges included working in an operating plant, extremely compressed work schedule and extremely limited on-site material lay down. Our Pipe Fabrication shop supplied custom pipe spools and hydrostatic testing. The Central Engineering Group provided logistics expediting, BIM, clash detection, and design of various components that supplemented the project team keeping complete control of the project and resources, leading to on-time delivery of the critical plant addition.
