Public / Private Partnerships (P3 or P-P-P), also known as Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), is a delivery style that brings public owners and private entities together to build infrastructure that improves the lives of all in a community. Elements included in a P3 can vary widely. Some contracts are construction only, where other contracts can include design, construction, financing, and maintenance.
