INSIDE THE PROJECT

Our midstream client responded to the regional demand for gas processing by engaging Kokosing Industrial to provide fast-track construction services for four natural gas processing plants. Kokosing leveraged its depth of experience in a variety of delivery methods from construction management to design-build to traditional bidding. A majority of the work was completed while the plants were in operation, making planning of every pick critical to the safety of the employees and the ongoing operation of the plant. Kokosing provided logistics management for the transportation and expediting of equipment, vessels and prefabricated modules, provided design and construction administration services of the compressor buildings and assisted the Owner with commissioning of the plants. The four, 200 million standard cubic feet per day plants were constructed and commissioned on time, in less than a two-year timeframe.

Along with the plant construction, Kokosing has been constructing and fabricating compressor stations, various site preparation contracts, barge and truck load-out facilities, gas storage facilities, and numerous projects associated with the build-out of the natural gas network in the region.
